1. Can I monitor the system myself?
Yes, customers receive their own login to IntelliCharge.AI, allowing them to track charging schedules, savings, and daily electricity prices.
2. Is there a dedicated mobile app?
There is currently not a dedicated mobile app for IntelliCharge.AI, but you can access your account from your mobile browser as the site is designed to work seamlessly on mobile devices. Development of a dedicated app will follow.
3. I’m an installer of a system using IntelliCharge.AI. Can I get access to the systems alongside my customers?
It is not yet possible to access the systems directly on IntelliCharge.AI platform. We are developing this feature. However, should you have consent from the customer, you may access their systems on the Solplanet app. Is this of interest, please send an email to info@intellicharge.ai (mailto:info@intellicharge.ai)and we’ll guide you through the process.
4. Can I pause your service for a while?
You are in charge. Should you wish to pause our service, you can disable remote charging plans. Just go to your Account settings section, edit inverter, choose No under remote charging plans dropdown and confirm by pressing the save button. You can enable the plans the same way, just choose Yes instead.
