1. What do I need to get started with IntelliCharge.AI?
You will need an Inverter and batteries from a supported manufacturer (currently Solplanet only). Then, a user account that you can create on this link: https://app.intellicharge.ai/register (https://app.intellicharge.ai/register)and a product key that you can either purchase directly on our website on this link https://www.intellicharge.ai/da/price (https://www.intellicharge.ai/da/price)or through one of our distributors.
2. I already paid for IntelliCharge.AI. Where can I find my product key?
If you bought directly through our website, you have received your product key via email from us. Try searching your inbox using “productkey” as the search term to locate the email. Remember to also check your spam folder. If still struggling, send an email to info@intellicharge.ai (mailto:info@intellicharge.ai)and ask for further support.
Have you bought from a third party, it is them who shares a product key with you. This is typically included with the invoice for your purchase. If you have not received your product key or can’t locate it, please reach out directly to the party you purchased the service from.
3. How do I activate my product key?
You can activate your product key either during the registration process or later in your account settings. There is a guide to help you through the process (https://www.intellicharge.ai/da/guides)(https://www.intellicharge.ai/da/guides).
4. Why is my account inactive even though I added all the needed information?
If you chose not to add your product key during the registration process and only inserted it later in the settings, you still need to activate it. 5. My account is active but there is no data found. How come?
When you register and activate your product key, we need to ask Solplanet to provide us with access to your system. Before we get connected, you will only see price estimations on your dashboard.
6. How long does it take for AI to take control?
For new installations, it takes up to a week for AI to collect enough data to take control and ensure optimal operation.
7. Do I need to do anything once the system is operational?
Once the system is up and running, it operates fully automatically, and the customer doesn't need to make any further adjustments.
